About the Role

Sally Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

  1. Customer Experience: Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
  2. Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, emphasizing maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  3. Safety and Security: Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies.
  4. Store Appearance: Ensure your store always looks its best.

Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  2. Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  3. Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
  4. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  5. Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
