About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
