Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at SMART Technologies. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and maintain vendor information and payment records
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and issues
  • Prepare and process wire payments and other financial transactions
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor statements and accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and company objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

This is a high-volume, office-based role that requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
