We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Mental Health in Schools Project Manager. This is a full-time opportunity that will play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of students and staff within our division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive mental health strategy for our schools, aligned with the division's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and support staff to promote a positive and supportive school culture.
- Provide training and resources to educators on mental health awareness, prevention, and intervention strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to access mental health resources and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as education, psychology, or social work.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a mental health or education-related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful mental health initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
