Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to ensure our employees are fairly compensated for their skills and dedication.
Job Description: As a Food Service Team Lead at Subway Highlevel, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. Your primary responsibilities will include estimating ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports, supervising and checking assembly of trays, supervising and checking delivery of food trolleys, and establishing work schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this position, you should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. A minimum of 7 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role is also required. Additionally, you should be able to estimate ingredients and supplies accurately, maintain accurate records, and prepare clear and concise reports.
