Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our team at Transource Freightways Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator in the Claims Department.
Key Responsibilities- Review and Evaluate Claims Procedures
Assess and refine our claims processing procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Delegate Tasks to Office Support StaffEffectively delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Establish Work Priorities and Ensure ComplianceEstablish clear work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Coordinate Office ServicesCoordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Assist in Budget Preparation and MaintenanceAssist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Prepare Reports and CorrespondenceAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Perform Data Entry and TrainingPerform data entry and train staff as needed.
Oversee Office Administrative ProceduresOversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Resolve Conflict SituationsResolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma.
ExperienceExperience is an asset.
Work SettingTransportation company.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
Personal SuitabilityEfficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
