About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Maxim Recruitment Ltd. as a Cost Estimator in a multidisciplinary construction cost consultancy in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure cost estimates are aligned with project goals and objectives
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information for cost estimates
  • Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in a construction cost consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
