Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business & Technical Analyst to join our team in Canada. As a Business & Technical Analyst, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and define requirements for solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that guide the development of software applications, systems, or processes.
- Work with Digital and software development teams to design solutions that fulfill business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Assist in project management tasks, such as planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Participate in the testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and standards.
- Develop training materials and provide support to users on new systems or applications.
- Create and maintain documentation related to business requirements, technical specifications, project plans, and reports.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area, demonstrating a track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Good understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including business users, Digital professionals, and management.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, principles, and practices.
- Expert knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Sales and Distribution and Financial Supply Chain Management.
- In-depth knowledge of various order management, pricing, order fulfillment, and billing processes, including intra/intercompany.
- Strong cross-module knowledge related to MM, FI, and GTS/Foreign trade.
- More than 10 years of SAP core modules of specialization SD domain experience, including S/4 HANA.
- Hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple projects (end-to-end).
- Strong knowledge of integration with 3PL warehouse solutions.
- Great knowledge of technical tools and architecture, such as ABAP, Smart Forms, (Web)RFC, SAP BTP, Gen-AI, Workflow.
- Keep up to date and integrate on the SAP innovations and functionalities to bring the latest value to the customers.
- In-depth knowledge of FIORI, Analytics, Reporting, and AI in general.
- Very strong GxP knowledge.
- This position is remote and is based in Canada.
