Business and Technical Analyst, SAP OTC Specialist

Astellas Pharma Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business and Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with digital and software development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Assist in project management tasks, such as planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure developed solutions meet defined requirements and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, data science, or business administration.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area, demonstrating a track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including business users, digital professionals, and management.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, principles, and practices.
- Attention to detail, with precision in documenting requirements, specifications, and project details.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and project priorities.
- Expert knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Sales and Distribution and Financial Supply Chain Management.
- In-depth knowledge of various order management, pricing, order fulfillment, and billing processes, including intra/intercompany.
- Strong cross-module knowledge related to MM, FI, and GTS/Foreign trade.
- Hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple projects (end-to-end).
- Hands-on exposure to integration of O2C functions and with other modules like FI, MM.
- Strong knowledge of integration with 3PL warehouse solutions.
- Great knowledge of technical tools and architecture, such as ABAP, Smart Forms, (Web)RFC, SAP BTP, Gen-AI, Workflow.
- Ability to keep up to date and integrate on the SAP innovations and functionalities to bring the latest value to customers.
- In-depth knowledge of FIORI, Analytics, Reporting, and AI in general.
- Very strong GxP knowledge.

- This position is remote and based in Canada.
