We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Celadon Lodge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of hotel clerks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient front desk operation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
