Key Responsibilities:- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and provide feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement daily operational plans to optimize beverage service delivery.
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Service Offerings: Determine the types of beverage services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
