Beverage Service Manager

The Bench Bakehouse is seeking a skilled Beverage Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our beverage service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Service Offerings: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
