Beverage Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Manager to join our team at The Bench Bakehouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the highest quality and best value.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Support social and labour market integration through language training, skills training, and access to community resources.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations.
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
