The Role

We're seeking a Part-time Retail Specialist to join our team at our Richmond centre mall location. As a Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for turning store visitors into committed customers through building genuine connections and providing exceptional customer service.

A Typical Day

Your day will be spent engaging with customers, promoting and selling Freedom Mobile products and services, and creating meaningful interactions through product demos, device support, and other inquiries. You will be an integral part of a welcoming and diverse environment that encourages healthy competition for sales incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Promote and sell Freedom Mobile products and services
  • Participate in sales incentives and competitions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features

Qualifications

  • You love to communicate and connect with new people every day
  • You are energized by technology and enjoy sharing your knowledge
  • You are motivated by challenge and strive to build genuine connections with your customers
  • You are driven, always curious, eager, and outgoing
  • Mandarin preferred
