About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at UGG. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and back-stock area.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product displays to create an engaging and inviting store atmosphere.

Requirements
  • 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
