The Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our SRE team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our products run reliably and efficiently, managing our impressive scale of infrastructure serving billions of API calls daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to implement best practices and provision new infrastructure as needed.
  • Maintain and scale our legacy system in AWS using Ansible, Python, MySQL, and Terraform.
  • Manage and improve our CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and Helm.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and assist in debugging and resolving incidents.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, with hands-on experience in managing and scaling Linux-based production servers.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong empathetic approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in navigating the Linux command line.
  • Demonstrated experience with logging and observability platforms like New Relic, Coralogix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Experience in automating systems using modern tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
  • Proven track record of deploying and managing services using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Practical experience with major cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Capability to write reliable code in at least one programming language like Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
