At EXP, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Construction Services team in Brampton office, managing projects across southern Ontario and driving business growth.
We're a team of engineers, architects, designers, scientists, creators, and professionals driven to provide innovative solutions for the world's built and natural environments.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects across southern Ontario, with a focus on profitable project delivery and strong client relationships. You will work under the direction of our Senior Director, Construction Services, and assume overall responsibility for successful delivery of medium to large-scale municipal and site development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality control for projects during construction.
- Supervise project teams, including design engineers, contract administrators, and site inspectors.
- Provide Contract Administration support, including reviewing contractors' submissions and negotiating change orders.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Review and issue RFIs, RFQ, SIs, and maintain tracking logs.
- Coordinate review of shop drawings.
- Review environmental and traffic control plans installed and advise of any discrepancies.
- Relevant degree or diploma in civil engineering.
- License in Ontario with PEO or equivalent.
- PMP certification considered an asset.
- More than 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and project delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Expert in project management tools and methods such as MS Project, Excel, Word, PDF, and SharePoint.
