About the Role
As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you'll be part of our Finance Business Partnering Team. You'll use financial foresight and insight to improve housing affordability. You'll provide strategic financial advice to management, implement new requirements related to accounting standards, and prepare critical financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective financial oversight and strategic advice
- Advise and guide senior representatives and their delegates
- Prepare explanations, submissions, and presentations
- Develop accurate and complete accounting records
- Analyze and implement best practices for presentation and disclosure
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a related field
- Professional accounting designation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting
- Extensive knowledge of the financial, legislative, and regulatory environment
- Demonstrated experience overseeing the work of other financial professionals
