Training Management Intern

Role and Responsibilities
This position is open to students pursuing an academic degree and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of training programs in a global engineering context.
As a member of the Central Planning team in Global Engineering, you will work closely with the Leader, Training & Development, to analyze training needs and implement programs that meet the requirements of Global Engineering employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Designing and implementing training programs using our learning management system
- Managing training logistics, including coordinating with instructors and tracking attendance
- Providing recommendations for changes to training sessions or programs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Ability to create compelling and valuable content
- Self-starting skills and ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects
Preferred Education
Pursuing a degree in human resources, industrial relations, educational technology, or a related field is preferred.
Location and Internship Details
The internship will be carried out in a hybrid mode, and all applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
