About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at AllGrade Bolt & Chain Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Office Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies as needed, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including greeting visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas, and responding to their inquiries.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs.
  • Health and Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of our benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, life insurance, and paid time off.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, assist with immediate settlement needs, and support social and labour market integration.
  • Support for Youth: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment, provide awareness training to employees, and create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Veterans: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans, offer workshops, counselling services, or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people, offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, and provide cultural competency training.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities, apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, offer mentorship programs, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
