Your Role:

In the capacity of Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will spearhead the FP&A department, delivering financial insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis & Investor Relations, you will collaborate closely with Business Units to formulate, gather, and consolidate financial forecasts while also providing support for investor relations.

This position will be based in a hybrid work environment, requiring you to be present at our Corporate office a minimum of three times a week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of FP&A to develop and establish annual budgets and business strategies.
  • Conduct variance analyses to pinpoint key drivers and potential risks.
  • Execute scenario analyses and sensitivity assessments on short-term financial models, updating them regularly.
  • Partner with Business Units to enhance FP&A practices, fostering continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Prepare, present, and provide monthly financial reports, dashboards, and analyses, including corporate valuation metrics and current financial data.
  • Monitor and analyze sell-side analyst valuation and forecasting models to evaluate the company's and competitors' financial performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and key peer activities, serving as a vital source of such information.
  • Develop and maintain FP&A dashboards using Power BI.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Workday Adaptive forecasting tool.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Professional designations such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in areas such as capital markets, FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or corporate development.
  • Familiarity with financial planning platforms, including Workday Adaptive.
  • Experience with public companies and/or public market investors is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of financial statements, metrics, valuation concepts, and financial analysis.
