**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product training and technical assistance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service

**Requirements**

  • Technical education with a college diploma or university degree in a related field (e.g. HVAC, engineering, controls)
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in a related industry, including HVAC, engineering, or sales
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
