About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Eagle One Services. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting our products or services to them.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will be responsible for understanding client needs and resources, and recommending the most suitable products or services to meet their needs.

Conduct Sales Transactions

You will be responsible for negotiating and closing sales deals, and ensuring that all sales transactions are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

You will be responsible for preparing and administering sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met, and that all necessary paperwork is completed.

Conduct Sales Transactions through Internet-Based Electronic Commerce

You will be responsible for conducting sales transactions through our online platform, ensuring that all transactions are secure and compliant with industry regulations.

Estimate or Quote Prices, Credit or Contract Terms, Warranties and Delivery Dates

You will be responsible for estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support

You will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products or services, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Reach out to Clients after Sale or Signed Contracts to Provide Ongoing Support

You will be responsible for reaching out to clients after the sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support, and ensuring that they are satisfied with our products or services.

Resolve Product and Service-Related Problems

You will be responsible for resolving product and service-related problems, and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
