Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering comprehensive onboarding training for clients.
- Offering technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware challenges.
- Instructing clients on software functionalities and features.
- Configuring reports in Excel and providing necessary training.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work within Canada for the right candidate, with preference given to local applicants.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to read, write, and train in both languages.
- 1-3 years of experience in a training, technical service, or support capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- The ability to work various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 9 pm (Atlantic Time), based on client requirements.
This role may involve a combination of in-office and remote work, depending on the applicant's location. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with above-standard paid office holidays.
