About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at GESTION TGE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services of our facilities and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet the required standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, ensuring that costs are controlled and optimized.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of cleaning services, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are completed on time.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance, support, and training to cleaning staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Facilities Management: Work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Language: Fluency in English or French
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
