Job Title: Building Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at GESTION TGE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our buildings meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, including estimating costs and recommending additional services as needed.
  • Staff Support: Provide on-the-job training and support to cleaning staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that our buildings are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
