Job Title: Building Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at GESTION TGE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our buildings meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, and renovations as needed.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they have the resources they need to perform their duties.
  • Establish Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that our buildings are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
