Position Overview

Consec Security Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security personnel and ensure the safety of our facilities. This role is essential in maintaining a secure environment and requires strong leadership skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the functionality of security equipment and systems.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
