Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Secure Shield Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work

Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security team members to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.

Maintenance and Repair Coordination

Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our security equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

Client Support

Assist clients with special needs, providing them with the support and assistance they require.

Emergency Response

Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties.

Team Coordination

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.

Quality Monitoring

Monitor quality and production levels to ensure our security services meet the highest standards.

Reporting

Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management, providing them with accurate and timely information.

Problem-Solving

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Staff Supervision

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security team members, providing them with guidance and support as needed.

Training and Development

Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
