Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Jatujak Thai Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes that showcase the flavors and ingredients of Thailand.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to deliver our menu offerings.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a Thai restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Culinary Education: A culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
