We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PC Express Department Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Personal Shoppers and ensure exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience;
- Develop an understanding of best practices relating to PC Express Operations and maintain operational standards;
- Be accountable for departmental financial objectives and work with employees to improve productivity, engagement, and retention;
- Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times upon pickup at store and ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the production and back room areas, as per Company Policy;
- Respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty;
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, night shifts, and weekends;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and lead, coach, and motivate employees;
- Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results and a commitment to delivering consistent results, every day;
- Previous retail, grocery retail, or hospitality management experience is an asset.
