PC Express Department Manager

As a PC Express Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Personal Shoppers and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Ensure operational standards are maintained and departmental financial objectives are met.
- Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times and improve the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with employees to improve productivity, engagement, and retention.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results.
- Previous retail, grocery retail, or hospitality management experience is an asset.
