Your new role
As our newest Service Operations Leader, you will have the opportunity to apply your exceptional leadership abilities as you oversee and support our service division, which consists of Service Planners and Service Technicians. You will be accountable for achieving the defined KPIs of Service Operations in accordance with the organization's policies and guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction through the timely and budget-conscious delivery of quality work, and maintaining a safe and clean environment in line with SHEQ policies and procedures.
Main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales to enhance and safeguard the service segment of the business, while monitoring and analyzing service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and service level agreements.
- Assisting the Service department in various aspects, including recruitment, scheduling, performance management, employee relations, and training & development, while coaching and motivating direct reports.
- Coordinating closely with CTS service-sales personnel for all Service Plan and Fixed Price repair projects.
- Ensuring that both shop and field work progress is managed systematically and that service tasks are executed consistently with manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
- Overseeing the annual departmental budget, reviewing associated costs and utilization, and ensuring that expenditures align with established targets.
- Engaging with clients and key accounts throughout the service experience, addressing any customer escalations, and following up on NPS survey results to uphold a high level of client satisfaction.
- Ensuring that service areas, parts inventory, and storage spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

What will help you succeed in this role:
- Previous experience in managing or supervising a service team.
- Proven ability to lead, build, and support trustworthy and collaborative team relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in using computers.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with a good level of resilience in daily tasks.
- A technical or university degree in a relevant field, or technical knowledge acquired through experience.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English.
