Customer Content Specialist

Cision Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Content Specialist team, you will work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience, driving corporate objectives.

As a Customer Content Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the distribution process, acting as a product expert and strategist to align service offerings with a client's communication needs. You will also offer recommendations on content best practices to increase engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and develop effective content strategies
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless distribution of press releases and other content
  • Provide expert guidance on content best practices to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve content offerings
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field
  • BA degree in a communication-related field
  • Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
