Customer Experience Manager

Michaels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and execute front-end operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store recovery
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer service and experience
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Manage and train a team of customer experience specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
