Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to drive profitability and growth.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software programs and financial management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
