We are seeking a new Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our enthusiastic and collaborative team.


Position Overview:


We are looking for a Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time, temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with a team of committed professionals, including dermatologists, immunologists, and researchers, to implement and manage study protocols from initiation to completion.
  • Communicate proactively and assertively with stakeholders, including patients, primary care physicians, and internal/external research personnel.
  • Engage in community outreach to encourage participation in clinical trials and promote awareness of ongoing research initiatives.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • A background in a health-related field or a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least one year of pertinent clinical research experience, preferably in Health Canada-regulated industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and coordination abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to compassionate patient care and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work effectively and adaptively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Previous experience with phlebotomy is an asset.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on the latest developments in the field.
  • Positive attitude towards change, viewing it as an opportunity for improvement.
  • Preference for candidates with experience using electronic systems for clinical trials, including clinical trial management systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Experience in Immunology, Allergy, or Dermatology is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-Time, temporary with potential for permanent placement
Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
