AS A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL:
  • Deliver a warm, engaging, and personalized experience for our guests.
  • Lead and provide guidance, support, and direction to the Housekeeping team.
  • Conduct inspections of hotel rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld prior to guest arrivals.
  • Maintain hotel rooms and facilities to guarantee a safe and clean environment for guests, staff, and vendors according to C Hotel standards.
  • Oversee housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment. Prepare cleaning carts with necessary supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest rooms, their belongings, and hotel property.
  • Make a positive impact on the lives of our guests by contributing to their extraordinary experiences.
  • Update and manage housekeeping schedules and task lists based on business needs.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Foster positive change within the organization and the Housekeeping team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Positive, friendly, and outgoing team player.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products.
  • Dependable with a keen attention to detail.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work during the day, including mid-week and weekends.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality brand, preferably in a housekeeping role.
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus.
