Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at VOIX CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, and labourers.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production reports and estimating costs and materials.
- Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
- Train or arrange for training, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles are required.
