Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at VOIX CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
Work Environment

The Construction Supervisor will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and will be required to work at heights, in noisy environments, and in dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
