Facilities Management Specialist

Fakih Hygiene (Unionvillegate) Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance programs, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and Manage Maintenance Costs: Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and facilities.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Create and execute comprehensive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures, reduce downtime, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead Maintenance Teams: Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage Maintenance Budgets: Plan and manage maintenance budgets to ensure that we are allocating resources efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate Administrative Services: Oversee the planning and management of administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary materials and supplies to perform maintenance tasks.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field.
- Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in using the internet and other computer applications.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Travel expenses paid by employer, and public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, organized, reliable, team player, accurate, dependable, flexibility, initiative, judgment, positive attitude, and punctuality.
