Job Summary

Esso Petrolia is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales floor team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
    • Establish and maintain visual merchandising displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.
    • Implement and maintain security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Use own transportation to travel to and from work.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
    • Stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
