Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while managing a dedicated team.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor staff including apprentices and team members.
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
  • Authorize and process payments.
  • Manage inventory orders and merchandise returns.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for the team.
  • Engage in direct sales and customer service.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance and staffing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory and store presentation.
  • Coordinate the activities of team members to enhance productivity.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Safety and Security

Must be bondable to ensure trust and safety within the workplace.

Transportation Requirements

Personal transportation is necessary for commuting to the workplace.
