Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at INTER-NET SPECIALTY PRODUCTS, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and examining welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications.

Work Environment:

The Welder will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination. The ability to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines
  • Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC)
Requirements:
  • Steel, iron, and heavy metals
  • Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
  • Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
