Tenure-Track Instructor in Electronic Systems Engineering

The University of Regina is seeking a tenure-track instructor in Electronic Systems Engineering to join our faculty. As a comprehensive institution, we emphasize excellence in teaching and research, as well as public service.
We offer a unique opportunity for a faculty member to contribute to our Electronic Systems Engineering program, which provides core instruction in electronic and electrical fundamentals. Further specialization is offered in the areas of Communications, Instrumentation & Control, Power, and Microelectronics/embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in power systems and core electronic systems topics
- Support and involve students in power systems labs and manage student design projects in the power protection area
- Work in a team environment within the Electronic Systems Engineering program
- Build relationships with industry contacts in the power systems field
- Bachelor of Applied Science degree or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a closely related field
- Appropriate credentials for registration as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan
