Job Title: Executive Director Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director in the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including coordinating with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Human Resources: Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating with HR and other departments.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and other departments, including communicating key messages and updates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
