Job Title: Executive Director Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director in the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the Executive Director in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, including setting goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, including ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
