Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Kawartha Heights Retirement Living. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resident rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and tidy, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors
- Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their requests in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
