Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Kawartha Heights Retirement Living. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resident rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
- Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closets and handle and report lost and found items.
- Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items and provide basic information on facilities.
- Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
