We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Easton's Group of Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Process all payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing deposits and counting/securing assigned banks.
- Issue, control, and release guest safe deposit boxes.
- May book guest reservations, process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks that require frequent standing, remaining stationary for extended periods, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and using a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems.
